Thank you for joining us for the Fall 2026 Career & Internship Fair! We appreciate you taking the time to connect with RMU students and alumni. Please review the details below to help you prepare for the day, and share them with anyone from your organization who will be attending the fair.

Fair Details

Date: Thursday, September 24, 2026
Time: 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: UPMC Events Center (Arena Floor), Robert Morris University

Directions, Parking, and Registration

Address: 6001 University Blvd., Moon Township, PA 15108

Parking: Please park in Lot 1.

Enter Campus Drive from University Boulevard and continue straight until you see Lot 1 off to your right.
We recommend carpooling due to limited parking.

Lots 2 and 3 may be used for overflow guest parking.

After entering Campus Drive from University Boulevard, continue straight until you see the first stop sign.
Turn left onto Massey Way and you will find Lots 2 & 3 off to your left.

Entrance & Registration: Enter through the Vendor Entry door for employer registration.

Set-Up Information

Each employer will have one 6’ table with a tablecloth and two chairs (with the exception of designated partners)
Limit of two representatives per organization (with the exception of Career & Internship Fair Partners and those employers who purchased an extra seat)
Employers are encouraged to bring marketing materials and giveaways for students
Wi-Fi will be available (login details provided on-site)

Additional Information

Golden Ticket Campaign
- Every employer will receive Golden Tickets to award to students who stand out and make a great first impression. (Students who receive Golden Tickets will be entered into a raffle for a reMarkable 2 tablet!)
After the Fair
- On-campus follow-up interviews with RMU students or alumni can be scheduled with the Career Center through Handshake.
