Welcome & Overview

Thank you for joining us for the Spring 2026 Career & Internship Fair! We appreciate you taking the time to connect with RMU students and alumni. Please review the details below to help you prepare for the day, and share them with anyone from your organization who will be attending the fair.

Fair Details

Date: Wednesday, February 18th, 2026
Time: 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: UPMC Events Center (Conference Level), Robert Morris University

Directions, Parking, and Registration

Address: 6001 University Blvd., Moon Township, PA 15108

Parking: Please park in the following order, as space allows:

Lot 1 (Primary Parking): Enter Campus Drive from University Boulevard, turn left at the first stop sign onto Massey Way, and take the first left into the lot.

Lot 2 (Secondary Parking): Enter Campus Drive and take the first right.

Overflow Parking (Lot 3): Located on Massey Way (past Lot 1 on the left).

Due to limited parking, carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Entrance & Registration: Enter through the UPMC Gate for employer registration (near Lot 1 parking).

Schedule for the Day

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM	Student Check-In & Networking
4:00 PM	Breakdown & Departure

Set-Up Information

Each employer will have one 6’ table with a tablecloth and two chairs (with the exception of Career & Internship Fair Partners)
Limit of two representatives per organization (with the exception of Career & Internship Fair Partners)
Employers are encouraged to bring marketing materials and giveaways for students
Wi-Fi will be available (login details provided on-site)

Additional Information

Employer Check In
- Each employer table will have a unique QR code for students to scan when they visit your table. This will allow you to track attendance and easily follow up with students afterward.
Golden Ticket Campaign
- Every employer will receive Golden Tickets to award to students who stand out and make a great first impression. (Students who receive Golden Tickets will be entered into a raffle for a reMarkable 2 tablet!)
After the Fair
- On-campus follow-up interviews with RMU students or alumni can be scheduled with the Career Center through Handshake.
