RMU Ready is a comprehensive co-curricular initiative designed to help students develop a customized, step-by-step, year-by-year plan for their personal and professional growth. Through this program, students work with dedicated advisors to explore possibilities, gain hands-on experience, and achieve 7 out of 10 core competencies. Grounded in the NACE Career Readiness Competencies, RMU Ready equips students with the essential skills employers value most, ensuring they graduate prepared, confident, and Unstoppable.
