The goal of this unique program is to internally develop the future financial leaders of Waters through a comprehensive rotational program that will prepare the participant for a Finance assignment outside of the U.S.
This program is a full-time position in Milford, Massachusetts which consists of a 2-year rotation within various functions of the Global finance and accounting organization. At the end of the 2-year program, a successful candidate must have the desire and ability to relocate out of the U.S. for a global assignment.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities that you see carry over between finance roles within the program include:
- Month end reporting that consists of consolidating financial results across a function, a region, or our global organization.
- Forecasting financial results. This is on a monthly cadence that helps gauge whether we are on track for our goals.
- Providing financial models or ad hoc support to help business partners make the best operational and financial decisions.

Qualifications:
Background and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree curriculum with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting
- Previous abroad study, although not required, is preferred
- Must be able to relocate internationally at the close of the rotational program
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with analytics
- Continuous improvement and growth mindset
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
