Common Searches

The "RMU Jobs" section of MonsterTRAK contains internships entered by the RMU Career and Professional Development Center and national internships posted by employers working directly with MonsterTRAK. Most internships entered by the RMU Career and Professional Development Center have already been approved for academic credit by the appropriate campus department.
  1. To view a wide selection of internships, the Career and Professional Development Center recommends the following search criteria:

    1. Job Type - Select "Internship/Externship."
    2. Location - Select the state(s) in which you would like to complete your internship.
    3. Job Function - Select all of the job functions that interest you.
    4. Industry - Select "All Industries."

  2. To select only the internships entered by the RMU Career and Professional Development Center, enter "rmu-" in the "Keywords" box.

  3. To search internships for which the employer has requested specific majors, enter "rmu-" followed by the four letter academic major code in the "Keywords" box. Example, accounting majors would enter "rmu-acct".

On-Campus Interviews for Internships

Employers may also arrange on-campus visits to interview students for internship opportunities. To search these opportunities, click on "RMU InterviewTRAK" on the MonsterTRAK main menu. Click "more search options" and select "internships." Click on "details" for any position that interests you and then click the "submit" button. If selected for a preselect interview by the employer, the Career and Professional Development Center will notify you via email and ask you to select a time slot for your interview online through RMU InterviewTRAK.
