Where:      Sewall Center Arena
 Robert Morris University
 Moon Township Campus

When: Tuesday, October 7, 2014

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  |  Employer Registration, booth setup and buffet lunch

12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.  |  Fall Career Expo open to RMU students and alumni

Registration Fees: For-profit or organizations: $300

Nonprofit organizations, government, or graduate schools: $150

Fee includes lunch for two representatives. Additional representatives can be added for $25 each at both events.

Nonprofit organizations must provide federal taxpayer ID number and certification form at time of registration in order to qualify for discounted registration fee. All organizations registering after Sept. 19, 2014 will pay an additional late registration fee of $50 and may not be listed in the Career Expo directory.

Cancellation Policy: 
A full refund of your registration fee will be granted if a written notice of cancellation is emailed to Sheila Broman at broman@rmu.edu by Friday, Sept. 26, 2014. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Sept. 20. Any organization that has not canceled by Sept. 20 and does not show on the date of the event will be billed and held accountable for the full registration fee.

Registration does not guarantee participation. Confirmation materials will follow registration request. Register early! Registrations are accepted on a space-available basis.

Registration Methods: Employer registration for the Fall Career Expo is through ColonialTRAK, the Career Center’s online job posting system. After you log in to ColonialTRAK, click “Career Fairs & Events” on the main menu bar.

Post-Expo Campus Interviews: If you are interested in scheduling on-campus interviews with candidates you meet during the Career Expo, please indicate this on your registration form. Interview rooms will be available in the Career Center this fall and spring beginning on Oct. 2, 2014 – May 1, 2015. You will receive more information about this service in your confirmation letter and employer packet. Contact the Career Center at 412-397-6333 for more information.
